round brilliant cut diamond engagement ring

The Vision

Our client came to us with the concept of a very elegant and timeless piece, which would maintain its elegance after years of wear.

The Design

This design originally had four claw securing the diamond, but after some deliberation we decided that the six claws suited this elegant round brilianct cut center stone much better. We came up with two different concepts for the diamond set band and chose this gorgeous shared claw setting. This setting is a great way of displaying very little platinum and making the diamonds stand out even more against the finger.

The Diamond

Our client had their heart set on a round brilliant cut diamond from the start of the process. They wanted this engagement ring should be a statement piece, which is why opted for this top quality E colour VS1 clarity diamond for maximum opulence and sparkle.

Manufacturing

Once we were happy with the design and choice of diamond we started the manufacturing process and cast the piece in platinum. From there our master jeweller was able to prepare the piece for setting. The shoulder diamonds were individually hand picked to ensure they were of precise dimensions and top quality.

The Finished Piece

The exquisite choice of an extremely high quality round brilliant cut diamond, paired with a glistening platinum diamond band, this piece is a classic showstopper.

The Proposal

Our client surprised his love with a romantic beach front proposal in St Ives Cornwall. We couldn't think of a more beautiful sunset to display this piece!
